How to Register:
Golf Tournament
Includes green and cart fees, beverages, snacks, and a dinner following the tournament. All golfers will get a signature Tyler J. Horst Memorial Foundation Under Armour hat. There will be door prizes, a raffle, contests, music, and cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!
$140 per golfer (single registrations will be added to a foursome)
$560 per foursome (please email names to register as a foursome)
